Gary Petrilla CSCS, M.S. is the founder and head trainer at GpFitnessOC. Gary has been a certified trainer for over 20 years. His experience ranges from high school/college sports teams, corporate fitness, small group training and individual private training. Gary is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has a Master's Degree in Exercise Science. He applies his strategies and approaches to himself and family members to make certain each approach is effective and realistic with scheduling.

Most importantly, Gary is a full-time working Dad who realizes how important family time is.
